China Orphans
China Harvest Ministries opened an orphanage in Dalian China in September 2000. Rick and Joy Haynes founded the orphanage. They gathered 16 Chinese orphans whose parents had either been killed, committed suicide or died of disease. They still have 12 the original 16. Some are in middle school now, some in high school and some in university or trade school. China Harvest Ministries will continue to care for these kids until they finish school and go out on their own.
